		<description>Thanks, Lynda.  I think the Rtistx is an interesting surface.  I am still not a complete convert to sanded and/or textured surfaces, but they do hold a lot more pencil color a lot more quickly.  I couldn&#039;t tell you how many layers I&#039;ve applied.  For the water, I start with Marine Green, then go over that with Aquamarine, and then use Trued Green and then True Blue.  That&#039;s just for the base coat, and then I work on all the layers of color in the reflections.</description>
